A menstrual cycle is something every woman goes through. Unfortunately, the ladies are not the only one experiencing the pain, the men in their lives do too. The week of pain for the woman is one that could be painful, and that causes them to get quite frustrated/angry/attitude with their male friends. What is the best way to help a woman out besides saying "its ok honey, its okay".

lol. :)

There's no sure way to get through it without getting your head ripped off. I've gotten really angry at some of the most stupid little things around that time. The best thing to do is not argue back if she starts...
My guy started bringing home a case of my favorite beer or a bottle of my favorite wine or liquer when he knows it coming! lol. Isn't he cute? Just knowing that he keeps track of when it's coming makes me realize how terrible I can be and inspires me to try to be a little more nice.

They probably let it drip or they wore leaves/fabric/leather over their area. They wouldn't really care as much, because it's seen as going through heat in other animals, so male humans probably just tried to mate with the woman and they would protect her from the predators

Act normal. Don't say "It's okay..."-whatever, because they REALLY don't want you to draw attention to the fact that they're on it. That just makes them feel pathetic and more than likely, they'll cause physical harm to you (well, if they're like me; if not, they'll cry or whatever). Just act like you are when they're NOT and if they start acting quite/frustrated/angry/attitude with you then just shut up for a few minutes. Just, WHATEVER YOU DO... DON'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ASK, "Are you cramping" OR "Are you PMSing"!!

NEVER... They'll hate you, trust me.

DON'T do what my husband does. he says- "Well, you aren't bleeding from your mouth, right?"

That's just not the right thing to say. But try to be patient because periods are so annoying and disgusting for a woman. All of the waiting will make it better in a few days!!

Be extremely nice! If she feels pain get pills , tea or whatever she wants and just cuddle! Chocolate helps. Mi boy keeps track of my period and when is getting closers he gets me pills and says babe I'm here for you...isn't he sweet? Just be with her and try to spoil her a lot!!!

well that is pretty much all you can do. Just dont get all up in their face.. kind of let them have their space. and be nicer than ever. ... it also helps if you can make them laugh... but dont over do it.

Go to a strip club. When she asks why, tell her you were being sympathetic to her needs and giving her the space she needs. If that does not work tell her it is because she is terribly mean to you and felt you should leave the house to clear your mind before you said something you might regret and next time she should understand that it is not your fault and treat you like she would like to be treated.

Be nice to them. treat them like you normally would, and if they yell at you don't pay any attention to it. (Chocolate helps!)
