I'm 5'8", 26 years old, and I weigh about 173 lbs. in just shorts. I lift weights and run regularly. I run 2-4 miles at a time, and I bench 155lbs and curl 55 on a good day.

I have ok arms and an ok chest, great legs, and little love handles. I'm guessing my BMI is about 22-25% Am I fit, or should I be fitter?

(I always weigh more in the winter. I'll lose 5 lbs once the weather warms up.)

Ive been hearing alot that wight lifting can cause you to stop growing earlier than you should.

I am a 16 yeard old 5'10 male skeleton, i want to be way taller as my dad is 5'11 and i have alot of 6'6-'3 uncles and stuff.

I know im still growing, i dont want to ruin my growth but i would like to stop being a skel...

So will it stop it or even enhace it? If it does not stop ot why does everyone keep saying it O_o?
If it does why is Gobernator 6'2? he rocks O_O

I am seeking clarification..... My life long friend has a problem infection and has been operated on at least six times in thirty years. The infection never heals and ozzes puss almost daily. At least one day a week he spends the day soaking to relieve presure and release the puss. He is sore the few days prior and for a day afterwards.
