Not even close, dude.

I grew about a foot between ages 13-15.

I couldn't grow any facial hair until I was about 36.

Now, I have a full beard.

As a bodybuilder, I couldn't hit 200 lbs. until I was 30.

At 40, I had to diet to lose all the excess weight I had gained as I hit 225 lbs.

You body will be doing many different things over the next decade.

Height is just one component.

Ten years from now, you'll probably be 50-100 lbs. heavier, and it won't all be fat.

Puberty is going to last a long, long, time. You will be done physically around 18 to 21. Mentally not till you are about 35, married with a few kids a mortgage and a job or two.

no it doesnt mean you are done with it, it means that it will still come and it is taking a while because of you weight that is making the system go slower so dont worry about it too much. dont you talk to your dad about it or a neighbor.

i don't think you are done yet, but facial hair is also hereditary. are you father, uncle or grandfather heavy with beard? if not, you aren't likely to get hairy.
