hi guys i am 27 male uncircumcized , i can pull my skin halfway back of the head , so when i pee i pull it back but at the finish some drops remain on the head and later it smells , so how u guys manage it ? what should u do as it is not possible to wash with water every time .plz help

First off, I would like to say that we will be going to the Dr., but I was just trying to see if we can figure out what's wrong with him before we go.
Here are his syptoms: Hot Flashes, Headaches, Testical Pain, Dizzyness here and there.
We went to the ER in June and he had CT Scan, all they found was a sinus infection and a slight hernia in his left groin. He has also had a cyst in his "sack", but they did an ultrasound and found that it was just fluid and shouldn't be causing any problems.
We don't have health insurance and still owe the hospital almost $3000.00, so we are desperately trying to figure out what's wrong with him without having to do a million tests. Can anyone help?

it is going to be a while before surgery I want to at least do SOMETHING now, I mean come on there has to be SOME exercises you can do, to be honest I have lifted some weights with no adverse effexts but quit out of fear,but I still jog,ride bike with no pain, I mean I want to keep fit,there have to be some answers besides NO NO NO pleaser???

I asked this guy that I know who always wears really baggy jeans that they almost look like they'll come off at any moment why he likes to wear his jeans so baggy. He told me that he wears them really baggy because his penis is 10 feet long and he can't wear shorts or boxers since their all too small for him. I shave my pubes, and every time I shave, I cut myself a few times and it hurts like hell. It's not like I am slicing the skin, but cutting the bumps where there is supposed to be hair, is there any way to stop this?

I have pe at the begining of the day. This is my first year that our school allows showering. Some kids are doing it, some arent. Any input on this? Also does anybody know of any good antiperpirants for men. Please dont say axe because i and everybody i know hates that stuff.
