No, but any masturbation is too much. You want relese wait tell you have a wet dream, outside that Masturbations sin.
To the question at hand though. Everyones body grows difriently. (you should know this from health class now) and peoples voices allways change as you get older, little by little, you might not even notice your voice has changed as far as beacuse puberty...give it time, your only 15.

Nope. The good thing is that you can ejaculate, and you have your adams apple. Even though, just give it some time. It will change. By the age of 16 1/2 if you don't see anything change AT ALL? You might wanna go see your doctor for that..

Don't worry, different people change at different times, some later than others. Its perfectly normal. As for the masturbation thing, I am 99.9999999999% positive that it has nothing to do with your voice.

Masturbation has nothing to do with your voice. (unless you are yelling yippee too much.) Seriously, it will change soon, so don't worry just yet. If you pass 16 maybe ask the doc, but I think you'll be fine.

My voice didn't noticeably change until I was a Junoir in high school . . . some just develop later.
And I polish the rocket pretty regular-like.
Also, I matured pretty similarly to what my father had when he was my age . . . might be worth asking him when his voice changed.
