I asked this guy that I know who always wears really baggy jeans that they almost look like they'll come off at any moment why he likes to wear his jeans so baggy. He told me that he wears them really baggy because his penis is 10 feet long and he can't wear shorts or boxers since their all too small for him. He also told me that when he wears a suit he wraps it around his waist like a belt. Is this really possible?

It would be physically impossible for that to happen. He's poorly dressed, has no respect for himself or you and lies. A penis averages 5 inches in length. He probably has issues with his own body.
