My husband had a digital rectal exam done on his prostate, because it is enlarged, they say they get fluid from the prostate by massaging it, well nothing came out of him, but when we have sex he gets off, what does this mean?

it means you do him more good than some Dr. with his greasy finger up his rectum

I've had all known prostate problems including cancer. I've had digital beyond count. Doctors have discussed prostate until I'm sick of hearing about it. But guess what, I've never heard that one about getting fluid from the prostate by massaging it.
Massaging from the back side hurts like crazy when the doctor tries to feel around the opposite side from the rectum.
If there's any similarity to having sex, I haven't noticed it.

That the enlargement is not affecting his ability to achieve orgasm.
