I am uncircumcized too. I know it is hard for the uncircumcized people to clean their units. This was what I did. I always pulled the foreskin to the back of the head whenever I went to the restroom until my whole head came out of the foreskin. Man, that was a little bit painful.

I am also uncircumcised, but unlike a lot of stories I've heard in here, I have never, ever had a problem with hygiene, or being able to pull the foreskin completely behind the crown of the glans (head). As a matter of fact, when I get an erection the foreskin retracts naturally on it's own so that the glans is almost completely exposed without my having to retract it myself. I know that there are different genetic factors involved, and that not everyone is the same. As far as keeping clean.....it has never been hard for me to keep clean, because I was taught from childhood how to pull the foreskin back when urinating and how to clean it immediately after wards. Even now I follow the simple rule of cleaning well after using the bathroom......when I'm away from home and can't stand in front of a bathroom sink in a public bathroom......I use wet-naps. I feel very confident in myself regarding my personal hygiene....and have never worried about having an embarrassing moment because of it. Moist towelettes can help with the cleaning when there is no access to water.
Best of Luck!

I'm uncircumcised and I know what you mean, but I've found a way to very easily deal with this. You don't need to be able to pull your foreskin all the way back, just far enough that the meatus (urethra opening) isn't covered by your foreskin and urine can't get on it.
After you're done peeing, run a finger along the urethra; along the bottom side of your penis you should be able to feel it as a tube running along its length. This way you'll "milk" out the remaining drops of urine. After this there may be a drop or two left, just wipe that off with either toilet paper or like the back of your hand (you're going to wash your hands anyway). Then return your foreskin back to its normal position. It's definitely a little bit easier if you can retract your foreskin all the way, but it gets the job done and you don't have to wash it right away.
Also, you'll probably want to be able to retract your foreskin all the way back at some point, because it feels better and is easier to deal with, hygienically or otherwise. The easiest way to do this is with stretching exercises. Take two fingers and stretch the opening of your foreskin as far as it'll go without pain (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening. It may take a while to get it "right" but once you figure it out, do these exercises for a few minutes each day for several weeks to a month. Since your foreskin isn't too tight, this shouldn't be a problem to do and you should be able to pull your foreskin back all the way within a month.

Hi, there =D
How do I do it? It's simple. Everyday, I take a shower. To wash my foreskin It takes about 20 seconds. I simply gently wash it with warm water, on the outside, and then I pull my skin all the way in the back, and I clean with warm water, and soap. Simple:)

Yeah, you do need to see a urologist. The foreskin is suppose to pull all the way back. And it happens during your puberty when you first started masturbating. Don't say you don't masturbate. Keep it clean everyday when you shower.

You need to pull it back all the way every time and wash good.
If you can't, see a urologist.
