k well about 10 months ago my knee was injured in a football game i got speared in the knee more to the inside then middle but i went to the doc and he said strained ligaments but 10 months later an mri and nothing! and my knee still hurts like heck! whenever i run it hurts really bad on the inside and back when i extend it and put pressure it pops and the pop hurts!and swells not really bad but noticalbe and when i lay on my stomach and bend it then extend it it feels like a meat grinder with about 5 different pops! the ortho wants to just scope it but im not sure yet! im still playing on it this year and mostly running up and down hills hurts the worst and it gives out when i step down on a certain point the doctor says most likely its the meniscus but not sure! i am really dumbfounded with this i need any help i can get!so please help if you have anything to help thank you!! mike

It might sound strange 'on paper', so I'll explain, I lift weights often, and although I've only been doing it for 2 weeks, I can see a difference already, the only thing that bothers me is the fact that my wrists are quite small. Are there any excercise to 'expand' the wrists? anything along those lines would be very helpful, thanks.
