it's pretty unlikely. usually the one giving oral is more "at risk".
to be safe, use condoms (flavored are fun) or dental dams when giving/recieving oral. better safe than sorry. usually yor local Planned Parenthood supplies free, or cheap condoms, and proabbly dams, too.

There is a possibility if she is infected and has bleeding gums or lacerated tongue. Its advised that you get a head wearing a condom, for her pleasure choose her favorite flavor. :)
