Your first answer is wrong.

Saw Palmetto is an herbal supplement that inhibits the secretion of a hormone (say Hormone PX). PX causes the male prostate gland to harden, and therefore grow, and possibly become cancerous. All men are going to have enlarged prostates if they live lone enough, so all men should be taking Saw Palmetto. The enlarged prostate surrounds the urethra leading from the bladder. When enlarged, it chokes the urethra and inhibits the flow of urine. This is why men, as they get older, need to go to the bathroom more often: the flow out of the bladder is choked, and the bladder never completely empties like when you were a child.

The herb "Yohimbe" is known to help increase circulation in your c*ock. It can have temporary side effects of raising your blood preasure. There are other herbs that help with this problem, but "yohimbe" is the most powerful and most effective. I don't use it, but have researched it for ... yunno ... when I'm 80.

Good luck ...

A herbaceous plant called Saw Palmetto has been used for this purpose for literally thousands of years. And like most things, it works for some and not for others.
If you have a hypertension problem, would avoid such things, as you can really hurt yourself using something designed to raise pressures in one part of the body and not another.
