It says "Connecting to the Internet please wait a moment and after a while it freezes and I have to turn it off manually. Meaning I have to press the power button on the console for a little.

I have just bought an xbox 360 and have noticed that it is very loud when playing a game. Sounds like a VHS video recorder on rewind or someone hoovering in the next room. Is this normal? My old xbox made a noise but nothing like this. Any ideas?

I keep hearing people complain about the storyline, the battle system, the gambits. . .blah, blah, blah. I happen to LOVE it! The new battle system kicks some serious @ss. The gambits make managing other characters a breeze. And I like the "darker" more realistic storyline. Also, have you beat the game yet, if you own it?

A friend of mine and I want to talk live while playing WoW but do not want to have to set up a teamspeak or ventrilo server (we don't mind downloading the client but neither of us is technical enough to set up the server). Will Yahoo IM work or another program?

I don't understand how it works or what it is or if it is for computers or for a console?
I checked out the official website, but it says noting about it. It is like the whole world understands about The Simms ...apart from me. Can you build your own characters? how do you work them...i just dont understand anything about it. Please keep answers simple...very simple!

I was thinking about buying the Sims2 Holiday edition.
NOT the Sims2 Holiday stuff expansion pack.

But I was wondering if the Holiday edition is too in fact, an expansion pack or does it include the game?

And if it does include the game does it let you use the regular sims items or is it all holiday things?

Oh and what Holidays does it include?

Before the release, every one said the only people who would buy the Wii are the die-hard geeky nintendo fan-boys. Well It's been released, and so far all the Parents, New gamers, younger kids, teens, adults, along with the Nintendo fans perfer the Wii. It seems to me the only people here who recommned the PS3, and the even smaller group, Xbox 360, are the die hard geeky msoft/sony fan-boys. Which bring me to my first questions, If the 360 where released along with the others (with out the major head start) do you really think it would have done as well? And two, for those who say they aren't geeky fanboys, can you give me any reasons why the ps3/360 are better (other than graphics, since who gives a dang how it looks if it ain't fun, and specific games, since thats what a GF looks for) Finally, to my astonishment when I read the January GamePro mag, I was surprised to only find two commercials for wii games, and 0 Wii reviews. Why do you think they still don't show nintindo E stuff?

can you play the sims deluxe edition without having any other SIMS 1 or 2 or anything, or does it work like an expansion pack where you need one of those to play?
in any case, for some reason sims deluxe edition is a lot cheaper, so i was wondering......... im gonna get it as a x-mas present and the person doesnt have any other original SIMS games.
