Sims 2 university help?

when u get the game, how do you go to the college
is it on the neighorhood menu
do u have to add it in your neighorhood

also, tell me what does sims 2 university do
game on pc

WHen you select your neighbourhood, there's an icon at the bottom of the story window, that says university, and yes it has to be added to your neighbourhood after you install it and the first time you play it after that. (I think you can add it later anyways)

YOur young sims go to uni and learn stuff (skills), big social outting too. =)
