Games & Recreation - 26 February 2007

Sonic the hedgehog is starting to get boring because it seems they are starting to add random intertwining storylines or even slipping in last minute minigames to make every character playable (which can be boring eventually). In Mario games, they're doing thinks like Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, Mario Party, Mario Kart, Mario Soccer, .... gimme a break. And also, what's the point in making a Mario Party 8? 8!?! Admit it Nintendo, you're not gonna have as many versions as Final Fantasy, which is the only reason you should continue the series anyways.

So, do you think the major gaming series' are starting to lose their touch? Is some stupid little thing like Bust-A-Move gonna bust out it's own moves? Is Naruto: Clash of Ninja going to take Sonic's place in the Action Games Genre?

What day are video games released?

In general, dvd movies are released on Tuesday, movies in the theaters on Friday... do video games have a special release day? I'm asking cause I have a video game that's coming out in March that I want to buy and one website said it's coming out on the 6th and another says the 8th... one is a Tuesday and one is a Thursday... trying to figure out what day it really comes out.

senior prank help?! (killing grass and such)?

class of 2007 WOOP! i truely just want to burn the school down but i dont think thats a very good idea.

anyway. we got this new patch of grass in our quad and its quite large. so i was thinking about killing it this year for our senior prank. ive been saving confetti from my work and i was planning on burning a huge 07 in the grass.

i was wondering other things i could do to the grass as well, there are also like 4 trees on the grass.

How to use a paragon kiln?

my sweet hubby gifted me with a paragon quikfire 6 kiln - the cutest little thing! I'm interested in doing metal clay and some glass jewelry making, maybe small thrown clay pieces. How do i begin? do i need to use a kiln wash first? what kiln furniture do i have to have? any comments or suggestions are welcome.

Can I change the sound device World of Warcraft uses?

When I play WoW, I also use TeamSpeak to talk to my friends while playing. My problem is that when I plug in my USB headset, any program I start after that will play its sound through the headset. So what I have to do now is start WoW and then minimize it and then plug in my headset then start TeamSpeak...then I can start playing with WoW playing through my speakers and TeamSpeak through the headset.

I just want to know if there is a way that I can set WoW to always play through the speakers and not the headset. I set TeamSpeak to play only through the headset, but cannot find the same option in WoW.
