Three red lights at the on button light up & console will not start.

im not talking about like, arts and crafts. i found a website for a mini potato gun and i made it. it was fun but now im bored. I have a ps1 and I was working on my very old "spyro 3 file". I'm tired of getting nothing done so I wanted the easy way out, I used codebreaker. unfortunately they don't have codes for spyro 3. If you can send me a website that might have the codes or if you know the code for"collect all......" then you get an easy 10 points! Remember they have to be codebreaker not gameshark unless you can find that too. Thanx!
