The only cheat I can think of would be the flying cars cheat OR you could beat the required missions to unlock the third island..

Using a cheat to get to the third island may well bugger up your gameplay. If you're not meant to be on the third island yet, using a cheat to get there may cause the game to crash.

press "right,R2,o,R1,L2,down,L1,R1"
this gives you flying cars( control it the samew way as youdo the dodo to fly any where you want)
to take off hold up on the left analogue stick(whilst driving) the release when the front of your car dips. the rest it just keeping it level, but it certainly isn't easy
