when I insert a game an error screen tells me to clean the disc, at first this worked and now it does'nt. now it does'nt even go to the error screen..it just goes to one of the menu option screens. It still plays cds and dvds....and i've tried cleaning the lens....?!?!?!???

I recently bought an expansion pack for my sims game and followed downloading instructions and it had complications, i tried to uninstall it so i could start over, it didn't work, it reinstalled it!!!!! Does anyone know what i can do to get my game working????
