I don't want to sell it over on EBAY. Is there any other place I could sell these things?

You will probably get more potential buyers if you add them to a gift basket set or baby shower gift bags etc... people love to save time and its worth it to buy something if it save them time. you just have to find the needs of your area and develop it from there.
