I believe the PS3 is comin' out Spring '06.
I personally am a xbox freak but I'll try not to give you a bias answer. The xbox 360 made A LOT of mistakes when they released it (not makin' enough, releasing it before PS3 and wii, the price etc.). But the PS3 is going to make this really big mistake, the PS3 is going to be around $600.... yeah and ppl thought the 360 was expensive. What Microsoft is doing though is releasing most of their good games (Fuzion Frenzy 2, possibly halo 3) when the PS3 and wii comes out therefore making up for the mistakes they made when releasing it, also they already lowered the price for the 360 premium (the better one) to $399.99. So in the end the only people who will most likely buy the PS3 is die-heart fans cuz it's so damn expensive. But why is it so expensive?! Well it's because of the new software they're using called the blue disk i believe but I've said enough already... and with all that being said you can come up with a decision on your own right?

PS3 comes out on november 17th 2006 and yes it will be better than xbox 360 because everything is better than a microsoft product

It will be better then the 360 just by the Specs. If you like xbox then stick with their system. If you want a better system get the PS3.

No way. Halo movie and the Halo 3 game will totally destroy it. It's gonna be a sad sad launch for sony. Unless they come out 6 months after h3 and the movie. Then they'll be fine. 300 bucks on the bluray dvd reader!?!?? WTF!! Wii60 > Ps3
Xbox 360 > PS3
Halo movie + Halo3 > PS3 ALONE!
