Final Fantasy VII without a shadow of a doubt. Took me over 90 game playing hours to beat the game, and it was worth it. It excites me that they might re-make it for the Playstation 3

Metal Gear Solid, not just because it was an awesome game by everyone elses standards, but it was one that I have played and and can contest that it really rocks.
Final Fantasy is OK, though it is quite boring at many times, and it is my opinion. The other people might just say that cause their friends said it was good, when they just bought a console of their own, then they bought only those kind of games from that point on, so they have no idea whether or not any other games are any good. Not to bash at all on any of them, just saying.

I think the best PlayStation game ever made was KOF(King of fighters),Final Fantasy 8 & 9(i like those 'couse it's story is very was very touching),Future Cop LAPD,Formula One(i like micheal Schumacher),Harvest Moon(about farming)and many more..
my family is very stingy...i want they to buy me a PS2 but they won't...i only has a broken PS1 : (

I agree with jagermeister and ryan. final fantasy 7 is the greatest game ever! not just the greatest playstation game but THE greatest game EVER!!!
