Other - Food & Drink - December 2007

I live in a cold weather country so in winter, local produce is non-existent and we have no choice but to purchase imported fruits and vegetables.

I'm no sure what the best way to clean them is. I've always washed them with soap and dried with paper towels but I'm not sure that's the best way.

I've seen some gizmos that you can buy and put the stuff in and it supposedly uses some chemical reaction to clean of pesticides but that seems a tad too gimicky for my liking.

Any other ideas?

Do you eat it plain or do you add a condiment like Mayonaise?
Or add French fries,then kick your feet up watch t.v. or do what you do.Hopefully it is legal.

I'm going out tonight and I can't get food (don't ask why) and I'm hungry and there will be drinking involved.. Would I be okay if I drink a bunch of diet coke or something?

i've seen people like eat tuna by itself cause its healthy i guess, but like they mix it witgh mayonaise or something im not sure, but what would you put in it, please let me know.

I will only eat ice in fun shapes. My favorites are kitties, stars and hearts. Plain ice does not taste good anymore since I had rubber ducky shaped ice at a baby shower yesterday.
