take a whole cow,
fill it up with ranch, bacon, and three different kinds of cheeses,
and deep fry it.

Here in QC, Canada we have a dish called poutine.
It's french fries (usually the really good greasy ones) topped with cheese, all smothered in brown gravy.
Usually you'd eat it with a few burgers or hotdogs, and a big Pepsi....

My Grandmother seriously used to fix this.... They butchered her own hogs. She would save the big hunks of fat from pieces of cooked meat and freeze them. Later on if she needed a meat for her meal, she would take out the fat, thaw it, roll it in breading, season it, and fry it in lard. She would serve it on a plate with a paper towel under it...(to soak up some of the grease of course....) The rule in her house was, you take it, you eat it. I had no idea what it was. I took it, cut it up, and took a bite. Oh my god.... So gross... I had to eat it. I proceeded to throw up all the way home. Got out of kindergarten class the next day... 30's now, still remember it...awful.....
