Title: Smotherd Pork Chops as easy as 123
Prep Time: 45 min
Servings: 4 to 6 people
Bake Temp: 375
Cook Time: 45 min depending on chop size
Ingredients:
6 to 8 pork chops any kind with the bone and dark meat has better flavor.

2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup mix.
1 pkg. of dried french onion soup mix.
1 cup of Milk or use the can from the soup and fill it about half way with the milk.
1 TBLS. OF Garlic salt or use fresh Garlic to taste.
Salt and Pepper To taste.
Extra if you want to add A 8oz can of mushrooms with / out the juice.

Directions: First rinse off the Pork chops and wipe dry.
place the pork chops in a baking dish , I use my lasagna dish
do not salt the chops , because Pork is very salty , and the soup mix is too.
Mix these ingredients in a Bowl. 2 Cans of the cream of mushroom soup & the Dried French Onion soup Mix Together , then add the milk , and ADD the Garlic salt , remember this has salt in it also , so don't add to much salt. But add Pepper.
SO Mix all ingredients together and pour over the chops and cover with Foil tight
Cook until chops are all cooked and tender.
At the last 10 min. take foil off .
Take the chops out of dish and let the chops set for 10 min so they can redistribute the juices.
now the soup mix is now a gravy so mix well and u can add milk to the consistency you like for the gravy.
its great you'll love it its great.
