Hello everyone! I want a nice champange for my husband and I to bring in the New Year. Well I know NOTHING about champange. I do not want a expensive one but I want a one that will not get me drunk with the first sip. I also heard about dry and extra dry. HELP??!!

this is my first time drinking. and i don't want to be wasted or something. so if i just drink 3 shots. would that do anything?
i don't want to be drunk or anything. please, don't say anything like "you shouldn't be drinking at this age." but the truth is, most kids already do it.

i'm 15 and 1/2. so would that do anything harmful to my body (if i drink 3 shots)? or what would you reccomend to try first?

What could be causing this? I might not have sanitized my equipment enough, and I was using a super high gravity yeast in a stout ingrediants kit.....how do I solve this problem? plus the yeast was bubbling vigorously and now is bubbling lightly every 4 seconds (was foaming to the point where it was coming out of the fermintation lock)
