There are two plastic jugs filled with water. How could you put all of this water into a barrel, without using the jugs or any dividers, and still tell which water came from which jug?

Freeze one of them and put it in the barrel with the other

Turn one of the jugs to brine by dissolving salt to a 60% or more solution, and dye that jug's water. The brine will be more dense than the water and will sink to the bottom, or you can carefully decant the layers. Eventually both jugs' water will mix though but the effect should be immediately noticable.
EDIT:
Alright I work in a lab and I just went and tested my theory out of curiousity. The dye didn't help at all really, it's actually pretty visible just adding the two solutions. If you add the brine to the water you will see it sink to the bottom and stay there for a minute but they mix pretty quickly.

Just put 1 and 2 on the jugs.Now pour the water from #1 into the barrel,pour out and add #2 .Then you have had water from both in the barrel,not at the same time but they were in there.

Dye the water, freeze it, cut the jug off of the frozen water, place frozen water in jug. Have jug in a freezer.

siphon one bottle to the barrel and freeze it. color the second jug water and siphon it to the barrel and freeze it. you will have 2 layers of water (in ice formation)

dye one jug full of water then freeze both of the jugs, cut open the jugs then put them both in the barrel. haha i think i disearve to win. (please give me the 10 points) lol...
