Ok, me and my boys regestered with the USBDT (United States Beer Drinking Team, www.usbdt.com), and we're trying to come up with some good team names.

We stay in Mesa (east Phoenix), Arizona... if you want to incorporate that at all.

a 6th. We are focusing on Tuscany, from which we have a Brunello, Venento from which we have an Amarone and a Suave, and Piedmonte, from which we have a Barbaresco and an good Asti. Does anybody know of a good Tuscan white that isn't to dry, yet to sweet? or another white from any of these regions that is a high quality wine? We are also having an espresso bar with Italian baked goods, hor de ouvres and Godiva chocolates. This is going to be a great business party, hosted inside a fine local jewelry store.

I have a bottle of 18-year McAllan (sp?) that I received as a gift a little over a year ago. I opened it the night i got it and poured a drink. Put the cap back on it and it's been sitting in my pantry ever since.

Do you think it is still good?
