Want to make hard cider, but don't want to squeeze the apples. Anyone know a place in New Jersey (or surrounding states) that sells unpasteurized cider? What about online?

In the Warwick NY area just a few miles over the NJ border are several apple orchards that are now selling fresh unpasteurized apple juice. Meskers Orchards, Och's Orchards and there are a couple more too I think and all close together too.

I'm sorry I can't help but I know that pasteurized cider might as well be apple juice. A few years ago the FDA got involved and required cider makers to pasteurize, at least in Massachusetts they did. My favorite cider mill was forced to close because they couldn't afford the equipment. Now the cider mill is a McMansion. You hit a sore spot for me. Good ;uck but I think you may have to get bootleg cider.
