Food & Drink - 6 August 2007

I have been dating this guy who is a vegetarian and I am not. And sometimes when he comes over he's like do you have any food? Even if I have cooked something it's not anything that he can eat because he doesn't eat meat. What kinds of foods and/or snacks can I keep at my house for when he comes over? I had some veggie burgers there for him...but I want to be able to offer him more than just a veggie burger when he comes by.

My daughters christening is in 2 weeks and I am so undecided on a food menu and I dont know if I should cook everything myself or have the event catered. I am having it in my backyard and there will be about 65 guests. Which way sould I go and what kind of food should I have?

I am interested in contract packing of a Hot Sauce or purchasing Hot Sauce in supplier's brand.

I want to deal directly with Manufacturers.

I want regular Hot Sauce, not a hyped "Gourmet" sauce.

I cannot go to Unilever, Heinz etc and ask them to do a hot sauce especially for me !!!

Most of my research lead me to "Gourmet" Hot sauce suppliers who themselves were getting their product produced elsewhere. Or Mama-Papa small operations making Hot Sauce in their kitchen.

I seek actual Hot Sauce Manufacturers with various quality certificates who can supply me their brand or contract pack for me. So far I found :

Seems like now everyone is either skipping breakfast or having something like fruit that is healthy. Does anyone still eat real breakfast foods anymore? I love eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns........maybe even some toast!
