i know 12 year olds shouldnt be dating but im afraid puberty hit early...

Should I ask my Dad if my stepbrother has to follow the same rules that I did when I was his age?
My Dad had a rule that me and my sisters couldn't have sex outside of the family until we were 21, unless we got married. My stepbrother turns 18 next week and I want to have sex with him for a birthday present. I'm way past 21, but he's only 18 and I'm not sure if he's technically family and if Dad's rule will apply to him, too. Should I just screw him, or run it by my Dad first

We've broken up for a year now.
The guy broke up with me for reasons that he needed to fix some self-issues and he was on isolation for a year. He finally come back looking in good emotional shape and had been very sincere in wanting me back. I was like running away from him, changing my number for five times already until I thought maybe I should give it a second chance because he was very persistent and I could feel that he was true.

Finally it came to me that maybe we need some more time and that's what i told him, then HE ASKED if we could talk, because he said if i want closure we should talk personally, so i said YES. On the day we were about to meet, i changed my mind and decided that I will give the relationship another chance rather than closing it. we were about to meet at 6pm. Then at exactly 6 he texted me that he will be late and after 30minutes, he texted me "can we talk tomorrow? i don't feel like talking"...

i did not reply to his messages anymore since then..

ok well im 14 about to be fifteen and going in 9th grade
hes 16 about to be 17 going in 11th grade
he goes to my church and he's like literally the most amazing guy ever...
he's super sweet,cute,funny,really talented and outgoing...and i like him soooo much.im quite shure he know's b/c all my friends were embarrasing me and making it so obviouse.but i dont think he like me like that but then again he's really shy sometimes when it comes to that stuff too so i dont know.but i think he just thinks im too young..who know
well i cant stop thinking about him and getting kindof depressed so what do you think...i would be way to scared to tell him i like him...omg! help please.

Yesterday I talked to this girl, we met in 9-th grade, I liked her then and I like her now, I think she likes me too, but after 9-th grade I moved to a different school and we haven't seen each other in 3 years. Me and my girlfriend just went through a misunderstanding. I REALLY want to talk to her but, my mom told me to take a break from talking to her for a few days. In a week she is going to Maine to see her dad, I want to tell her that it is my fault and I misunderstood her and she misunderstood me! I also don't want to disobey my mom, should I call her? My friend is 24 and a girl.Lately we have been hanging out more than I can ever remember --it has been nice.
