i have been in a relationship 3 years now and when me and him argue he turns it on me and blames me for everything. he don't take me out or anything he works all the time, but when i say something about him working he puts me down and treats me like anything and driving my car. seems like to me i always give in so what should i do?

My boss and I are wildly attracted to each other. He is much older, in his 50's and i'm in my 30's. We are both married but it doesn't seem to matter. Neither one of us are in a position to divorce yet we are not satisfied in our marriages. I have worked for him for years and the chemistry has developed over time.

We have not been 100% intimate yet but have shared moments and flirt constantly.

I know I will get flamed for this, but I want to know who WOULD go for it.

People like sex. Period. But men obviously seem to like it a lot more than women. A guy will bang anything with a pulse, (and even that's negotiable if it's been long enough). But with a lot of women, or at least a lot of the ones I go for, it seems like the planets have to be in alignment to get in the mood. Did God, or whoever, think this would be funny?

We also talk on the phone evday and I feel like I can fall deeply in love with him. The thing that bothers me is I'm still insecure of myself and image. Like I don't have the prettiest skin because I'm a light-skinned black woman and have dark acne blemishes on my face that are going away so slowly. When we met we hugged and kissed most of the time but it was dark outside also. I'm so afraid for him to see me in the daytime but he did see me when we were outside by the street lights.
