Since he's just your aunt's boyfriend, I'd have to say no. It's probably okay.
If they got married or had kids together though, that would mean you were dating your second cousin, which is gross, yes. Coincidentally, I believe second cousin is the line where most states prohibit marriage. A second cousin or closer is prohibited; further away is allowed.

Heheh, No I don't think that would be gross at all. But I do suggest talking to your aunt about the idea whether it would weird her out or not just to be considerate. But other then that go for it !

A bit different yes, but not at all gross. He is not a blood relative so I see nothing wrong with it at all.

I would say no just on the fact that he (your aunts bf) is not blood to you, and also your aunt and her bf may not make it anyways, good luck!!!
