My boss and I are wildly attracted to each other. He is much older, in his 50's and i'm in my 30's. We are both married but it doesn't seem to matter. Neither one of us are in a position to divorce yet we are not satisfied in our marriages. I have worked for him for years and the chemistry has developed over time.
We have not been 100% intimate yet but have shared moments and flirt constantly.
I know I will get flamed for this, but I want to know who WOULD go for it.

He is very protective of me and me of him and we have been this way with each other forever.

OK, this is not a flame. Just some questions.
Why are you so dismissive of both of your marriages?
If there is no love left in your separate lives, what makes you think that he, or you would not cheat on each other during your torrid affair?
I would not go after something like this until I had my life in order, and that included loved ones, and better half's.
That is my two cents, your mileage may vary...

I am single and I would not do it. If your marriage is failing, why don't you end it plus that's the number one excuse people make for having affairs. It's your job, he is your boss. What if yall f*ck for a while and one of you decide you don't wanna do it anymore, what then? You would have opened up a can of worms that you just can't close. Your emotions will be involved. Plus, if yall work together there are those company events that both spouses will be there..think about that. So you've got two things to think about: your marriage & your career. If everybody screwed all the co-workers and bosses they are attracted to, everybody in corporate America would be headed toward divorce. Having an attration is no excuse..not even a wild attraction.
Your "comeback" with "he's not looking for sex", furthur proves that he is. He knows that's crossing your mind, that's why he keeps affirming that for you.

Do what U think is best but think of it in reverse, will U mind if ur husband cheated on U with his boss because noone can find out. I don't think U will have the same answer. Treat People the way U want to be treated. If U r not happy in ur marriage then U need to have a serious talk with ur spouse and try and resolve it or disolve it. good luck!

#2-the age difference is a little big for a relationship like the one you both want
#3-I if both of ya'll do cheat on your spouces, whats gonna stop you from doing it again? usually if a person cheats once they lie about it and do it again, not in all cases but most
& as for me I'd conciter everything first, kids, my relationship w/ my spouce, what might happen afterwards, what most likely will happen if I did it. After doing that then i'd decide. If i had kids, I would stay away from my boss for them but if not he'd hav to hav feelings for ,me & prove them to me just to make sure he's not wanting some cuz take it from me, almost ANY guy can lie to where you believe him about this sort of stuff.

Well I'm not single, so you may not want to hear my answer. But anyway, your expectations are up and you probable be let down because the fire has been burning really long. You have you fantasy of what it would be like and so does he. If it was something quick you would have enjoyed it, but c'mon girl, that man is going to erupt as soon as he sees a nipple! here it goes, think things tru and not just with your a...., think about if you really ready to live your marriage and are u ready to confront all the problems that are going to happened from his side and yours, is not about sex only when everyone finds out and they always do, ask ur self this, I'm I ready? or is it just because hes married? I saw someone of my family go true that and I will tell you this it was not easy seeing what happened to her after all the loveliness wore off, it was hard to help her go true her ups and downs...... but if you really want to do it because you all ready made your decision good luck and be strong.

If your husband was asking this question on here, what would your answer be? If you don't care, have you talked to your husband about being swingers, because you like f-cking around town? Just make sure to do it in the butt so you don't get pregnant. We need more moralistic people like you in this world. And don't worry, because now you can cheat, and all you lose is your husband, and your husband loses the house, the kids, his family, so I would say their is great incentive for women to cheat today(that's why they all do it).
