Singles & Dating - 23 June 2006

My boyfriend and I have been on and off (mostly on) for 11 years. We talk about marriage and being forever and kids, but he hasn't proposed. We spend a lot of time together, but i have suspected him of cheating and have actually caught him. I think that he's been cheating all along but he always has a good answer to defend himself. I am confused. I have a feeling he is playing me, but I love him so much. I can't imagine life without him. I feel that he wants to have his fun on the side, but have me there for him as his number one girl. What do you suggest me to do? Stay with him? Will he ever truly commit to one person, ME?

I was talking to my crush the other night ( and I know I'm his crush too, because he told a mutual friend) and the place we were in was a very hot and crowded room in a public place. When we had been talking for a few minutes I noticed he had his hands pushed deep in his pockets, and his arms and his neck were covered with goosebumps. I have been with my GF for 7 years, we are still young i am 24 she is 25. I have been with other people while we were on a break and she says she hasn't (i know her well enough to know she is not lying). A month ago she told me she wanted to take a break from the relationship. She is in Med School and about take the boards(huge life changing test) she has not been intimate with me over the past few months..did i mention we have almost always been in a long distance relationship? But she never expressed any feelings like this EVER We have been through tough times before, cheating and feeling unsure and she said that she is willing to work things out, but not right now...everyone, including her is telling me not to put my life on hold. She isn't cheating, she still loves me but is says she is not in love right now and can't promise she will be, but wants us to be together. Whats her deal? I dont want to wait for her, but i may have to.

the couple have been together for 22 years but do not meet the criterias for comman-law marriage.They live on the mans parents property in a garage made into a house.Everything is still in his parents name.they have decided to call it quits but she is refusing to leave the garage(house).Can she be made to leave and what steps can you take in seeing her out?She has children she can go and stay with,it's not like she has no where to go.She is 75 years old(yeah 75)acting like a child.I need legal answers so i can have something to fight with and the proof to back it.It is not fair that the man had to leave his parents property and she gets to stay.
