Friends - October 2006

About a month ago i broke up with this guy. We used to be best friends but then we dated,he fell in love with me and i didn't love him back, and he went on about how much he would wait for me and was in love with me just a month ago after it.Now, because we all hang about in the same group, we are all best friends. Tonight, my ex brought a new girl along. None of them like her because she cuts herself, is very 'emo' and is 'ugly'(that shouldnt matter i know). I felt really uncomfortable as she hung about with us, but tried to have a good night anyway, and all our friends stayed with me and say they all hate him and stuff. I know he has to move on too, but it kinda upset me, although i can't tell him that. I dont know what to do?

i dated a man for 4 months, during the time that it was getting to the break up, he would consistently remind me i was not his exact "type".The break up resulted, with my not even trusting him anymore,and was then made clear that he was still looking for his particular "type" which i did not perfect to.After a period of not speaking to each other, we realised we had missed each others friendship terribly.we continued to be in touch over email -phone and meeting.since we live in different countries, we would not be able to meet in a time span of less than 3 months.However i found that during the friendship i would be consistently reminded that despite being a great friend, even a wonderful friend i still do not reach to his "type" that he is searching for in a partner/girlfriend/wife, which is only a problem because i love him.We became physically more intimate.when im im reminded im still not his type, despite him always there for me its painful, is this suffice to end a friendship?

Ok. A guy with whom I work posted on his facebook profile this:
"They worked at We Work at Marshall Fields and travel the store making fun of POLISH KID and his Sidekick Ricco Suave aka(smelly kid) We are unstopable to there retarted Humer!"

What a stupid bastard!! He makes a fun of me, and who he calls humer? BTW I don't have t-mobile sidekick :) I work with him almost every saturday and we have known each other for 4 months. I am 19, he's 20. I should somehow poke him for that? What do you understand from his text and what would u tell him or what would you do? At work he is friendly but he is also pushover. One of the reasons he makes fun is that sometimes I did foolish acts: like I always unnecessary told my name, though all recognized my voice. And he also doesn't like Polish people because as he told me, he was once pissed off by old crazy polish ladies. But he should have known that not all are like that. Polish are individuals like everybody else. Any solution? why....

She told him that I had changed my AOL screen name and email address. When she was really talking to him. She lied to him about traveling to see me when she was with him. She also told him that some of the messages he saw where the two of us roll playing because I was seeing a married man. This was the point where he called me and asked about the situation. I was totally floored over her lies and really hurt that she would put me in this situation. I did tell him that none of it was true and told her I didn't want to speak to her until she can be honest with herself and stop all the lies. Did I do the right thing?

I need help seriously. I have trust issues. I dont have anybody to chat with or to go to the mall or any of those things. im married to a guy in the military to make matters worst. He is constantly comming and going and so does everybody in my neighborhood because they are all soldiers. I just dont know how to act around people. im really shy and self consious . I wont even tell my family what goes on with me. Ill call them and stuff but i have never told my mom or my sisters if I ever have a problem or anything. They think I have a perfect life, its not like that but I am not hte one gettting them out of lala land. I am just lonely wish I have someone to vent out every now and then. Do I need a shrink?

and you don't return his feelings, but think of him as a brother/friend and are totally freaked out. i've told him a couple times to stop calling me and that me's making me uncomfortable. i've also at various times thought this was one of his infamous elaborate jokes (its not). i really do not know what to do here. i do not want to lose my best friend, but her hubby is putting me in such a spot that i feel like i might be forced to tell her what's going on... i do not want to hurt her

okay last time my best friend Eve and her close friend and my close friend Jane were talking and I joined in the conversation and Eve gave me a look. I was pissed. So anyways this week Eve and Jane were having a conversation instead of joining in with them I walked right by because i didn't want Eve to give that look again. Eve asked me why i was pissed. I lied to her and said i wasn't. she yelled at me and called me a liar. I explained to her that everytime she and jane are talking i feel felt out and third wheel. She was pissed at me and told i was being too quiet around them. I am quiet around them. So she asked me if i was fine. I said yeah and got off the bus. The next day i came up to Eve and said hi to her in the morning. she ignored me and walked right past me. Why? Any advice, tips, comments, etc.

I used to like this guy, he never found out. I don't anymore though. One day he started yelling at me for no reason whatsoever. Then a couple of weeks later I had Wendy's for lunch. Then he said "If you give me fry, I will make sure nobody steals them."

Then just a few days ago, on picture day, I brought a mirror, a brush and some lipgloss. I didn't know where to put it so I left it on a bench. It was beside him. Then he said "You brought all of that for picture day?" Then he smiled at me! Oh and he also stares at me whenever I walk by. What does this mean?

Oh and he always makes me laugh.
