Friends - September 2006

i let my friend have my second phone that i was approved for because i was approved for two phones. She renewed my contract without my permission another two years without my permission and changed other thing without my permission with her cell phone because she knows my ss#. I told her i will turn off the cell phone and she told me she will pay the bill but give her a month so i did. BUt now she still hasn't made a payment on the cell phone bill. it was only a verbal agreement for her to pay for the cell phone. My contracted ended because it been two years and now i am with t-mobile but her contract wasn't up yet and when i found out she renewed it i told her i was going to turn it off. If i take her to small claimes court what ground do i have to stand on and how can i prove my case since it was a verbal agreement. I have a text message still on my phone to show that she will pay me but thats the thing its a text and i dont know will that work.

My friend of sooo many years has been dating this rotten jerk of a d**chbag. He is awfully rude to her, drinks all day long, and even throws things at her when they're fighting. I know that it is ultimatley her decision, but is there anything I can do to let her see what an a**hole this guy is?

I have been trying to keep my nose out of it for the time they've been together - but the other night when he was drunk and looking for her (he called me) he said "You know, if I had met you first I would have totally been dating you".

I trusted a 'friend' and i find it hard to trust because of stuff i don't want the world knowing and i told him some problems of mine and he helped me through them and then he tells people about my secrets. right now i am angry but when iv cooled down maybe i will think differently about what i should do because i know he didn't hurt me on perpose but he hurt a friend i would say was a best friend yesterday...what do you think i should do ?

i was @ tennis practice with my team. it was an all girls tennis team, but that day, the boys came to practice with us. i looked @ some of the guys and noticed 1 that looked familiar. he would look @ me a couple of times (not like he liked me, but like he knew me from somewhere). i finally recognized him! we were both friends when we were little kids! y'know, like childhood friends! (we used to be neighbors and played outside a lot. games like tag. then i moved away. soon after, he moved too. its been 4 years since i've seen him. we both went to the same school for 9 or 10 years, but didnt know it.) anyway, i went to talk to him and he said he remembered me. we talked for a little while until the coach said it was time to practice. after that we never talked again... should i forget about us being friends before, or still try to keep in touch? hes 1 or 2 years older than me, so does he want to be friends with his grade level? cnt we be friends, even though we havnt talked in a while?
