i let my friend have my second phone that i was approved for because i was approved for two phones. She renewed my contract without my permission another two years without my permission and changed other thing without my permission with her cell phone because she knows my ss#. I told her i will turn off the cell phone and she told me she will pay the bill but give her a month so i did. BUt now she still hasn't made a payment on the cell phone bill. it was only a verbal agreement for her to pay for the cell phone. My contracted ended because it been two years and now i am with t-mobile but her contract wasn't up yet and when i found out she renewed it i told her i was going to turn it off. If i take her to small claimes court what ground do i have to stand on and how can i prove my case since it was a verbal agreement. I have a text message still on my phone to show that she will pay me but thats the thing its a text and i dont know will that work.
