premier club bwfc have just tried through the courts to stop local pubs showing live matches via a foreign channell which the publicans pay for. (not sky). and lost by the way.

Could anyone enligten me as to how the foreign supplier gets the live match via bwfc. If bwfc didnt want this to be broadcast why not stop the people from operating and broadcasting from the ground. anyone know why they dont just do that?! cheers. tom.

My mom and I like to watch re-runs of "Friends," but I can't help asking, when I see the shows over and over, who would really be friends with these people? Ross is whiner;Chandler is a wimp; Joey is a dope; Monica is childish and bossy; Rachel is a narcissist and a spoiled brat; Phoebe is an irresponsible flake. Why would any one want to be friends with these six "walking irritants?" I realize the characters are only meant to be broad caricatures, probably of people the writers knew, but even as comedy figures, they're annoying! Who agrees with me?

I've been watching the View a bit ever since the whole Donald Trump/Rosie thing. Anyway, after watching it for awhile I notice that Joy Behar is probably the funniest one of all. Rosie is the 2nd funniest, and basically Barbara Walters and Joy are not the funniest. However, I do notice that Rosie, Joy, and even sometimes Barbara don't treat Elisabeth with too much respect. Personally, I think Elisabeth has a very annoying voice, isn't funny, and I also don't like some of her views. However, on yesterday's show where Rosie says "Calling you young so you don't understand is my way of controlling the rage over your ignorant comments". I was like wow! Joy even accused Elisabeth of name-calling when Elisabeth was only describing people. Rosie and Joy rarely give Elisabeth a chance to say anything and well it's more of an observation on my part more than a complaint because I can't stand Elisabeth's voice anyway. I'm just wondering why these 3 ladies don't really respect Elisabeth.

They have made no attempt to communicate with customers, no attempt to keep us advised of what is happening. They did not even have the courtesy to tell customers they even took over NTL/Telewest.

Now we have lost some of the best channels, sky one and Sky news. How many people will stay with Virgin now, what will happen when another contract comes up for renewal that they dont like.. will we the customer lose out yet again...

What do you think and will you stick with Virgin Media.

me and my other half are avid lost fans but we are also virgin customers

are virgin not living up to their agreement in the sense that when i agreed to cable contract it would be on the understanding that it would include sky one

as they have not kept their side of the deal would i be right this is not keeping to their contract and i should be allowed to leave straight away or have a reduced cost inmy bill

I am looking for the commercial of an Asian man wearing a really bad orange toupe & his wife is yelling at him. You think she's yelling at him about the toupe, then the camera goes to a satellite dish/antenna on top of their home. It's possibly for Cox or Comcast cable.
