I am in the same position as you. We are Lost, Rescue Me and Simpson fans and have now lost Sky One. I really don't know where we stand, tonight I am going to sit and red through my contract. No doubt there is a section stating that the channels are subject to change. I was also thinking of e-mailing Watchdog to see if they can do anything. I have 6 months left of my contract so I am stuck if I can't get out of it. The really annoying thing is that I left sky because I thought it would be better value for money now I have lost my favourite channel!!!

I know what you mean. Virgin media just seems to be blaming Sky and they always got along fine with NTL world. I cant watch Lost or Nip/tuck now. It doesnt seem fair. I knew they were talking about how we may lose Sky one and the other sky channels but they just cut it off without a definate warning. We are now a few channels down and have got stuck with Virgin Media. They should reduce our bill.

Its not Virgin's (or Branson's) fault! I blame Sky (Murdoch)! They feel the threat of Virgin becoming more popular as its a better service so they asked for an impossible increase in revenue from Virgin and they quite rightly wouldn't give in! Would the complaining Virgin Customers prefer the price being passed onto them? I think not.

I am with Virgin / Telewest and am sick at losing Sky One. I'm not a fan of Lost, but I'm losing, Bones, Dresden Files, and Relic Hunter not to mention Stargate and Angel episodes that I've missed along the way.But I think I'll stick with them a while to see if it gets sorted out, if not -well I dont know what I'll do.

I certainly have Virgin Media for telephone, television and broadband. i had to alter to Sky yet my pal has merely long handed by using an entire heap of aggravation changing to Sky. She has now long gone back to Virgin. The Virgin V field does the comparable as Sky + so why bypass by using the hell of adjusting once you may merely improve to the extra suited Virgin V field. They the two have poor consumer help and hidden expenditures. it rather is in basic terms a case of "extra suited the devil you recognize" so a procedures as i'm in contact. in case you do replace and then desire to alter back, you have 8 days to tell them. not one of the "programs" are much less costly interior the tip as they're in basic terms elementary . as quickly as you sign up, you finally finally end up with the extras including up. no longer something is ever loose. you will pay no longer today.

I want to watch Bones tonight! It looks like Lost will be added to Virgins channel and Nip/Tuck is already there. http://allyours.virginmedia.com/fairplay/index.html

It is Sky you should be annoyed with they were demanding extra money for their channels, in the near future they will also be pulling some of their channels from Freeview.
