Hubby bought this smokin hot outfit last year and it wont fit me! I wanna wear it on christmas day this year but I'm still 10 kilos overweight. What's the most effective way to lose this hideous weight??? I walk 45-60 mins 4 times a week and I only eat bananas, apple, yogurt, rice and meat once a week, fish, some bread slices and boiled eggs.. I dunno why I still don't lose weight! I get frustrated when I see my old pictures last year and my pictures now, I have gained 20 lbs in such a short time! PLS HELP ME WHAT KIND OF FOODS SHALL I FOLLOW TO EAT?
