Blueberries are REALLY GOOD cause they are natural antioxidants. At only 80 calories per half cup, they're perfect diet food and not exactly hard to force down are they? If you're watching your weight and need a treat, blueberries are perfect. Add them to a smoothie, eat them plain or have them with some low cal frozen yoghurt.
Plus they help u prevent other stuff like : Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Cancer, High Cholesterol, AGING, Stroke, Urinary Infections, Circulatory Problems and more.
GRAPES are very good antioxidants too !!!
Oh and Watermelons ... they are perfect and if you'r looking to loose 5lbs quick ... just eat watermelon for a whole day and water ... and byt the next day I assure you .. u'll be 5lbs lighter! *smile*

Bananas and apples have about 100 calories in them, as has been said. However, I would much rather have the 100 calories from a nice, sweet natural banana or apple than from one of those processed 100 calorie snack packs that are likely to have corn syrup, high fructose, corn syurp, partially hydrogenated oil, artificial flavors and colorings, etc. in them. Also, the carbs are also natural, as opposed to the carbs in things like white rice, white bread, anything with enriched flour in them.

Calories? I think you mean carbs. They have a few, but nothing drastic. Just don't go overboard on the fruit. I know you said you aren't big on veggies, but that's really the route you should go if you're serious about losing weight.

ruby red grape fruit , taste great and also help fill you up faster, also eating an apple(med size has 100 calories) with a glass of ice water before a meal will help you eat less*

fruits don't necessarily help you lose weight, too much fruit can sometimes be a bad thing. theres too much sugar in them, but if you want to go with a fruit to help speed up your metabolism..go with citrus fruits. oranges,grapefruits..etc..like the lady said up there..veggies are the way to go. don't forget your protein either! (chicken and fish...lotsa fish)

The fruit of love x well apparently it is good for loosing weight but who knows !!
Any fruit has got to be good for you what about melons they are great I love melons !!
