It is my belief we all have the same abilities it is just that most do not believe so and thus experience the limitation that they believe themselves to possess.
Now I'll list things I can do but I know anything I can do everyone can as well if they believe in their selves enough to do so.
Wright forwards, backwards right or left handed and simultaneously. Can say the alphabet backwards, I was surprised to find out most people seem to not be able to do that even though they learned the alphabet since childhood. Can play guitar right or left handed, also upside down and backwards. Can play the guitar rhythm and lead two handed like an organ.
Those are a few of the talents I have developed just because I thought why not?
We all can if we believe in our selves that we can, and let nothing shake that belief. It took many tries to learn to walk and many tries to learn to ride a bicycle. If we had given up and said I can't do this, we would have never learned how to and become good at doing it.

No, almost everyone thinks their special, but in essence we are all the same. All are born, fall in love, get jobs, complain about things, grow old, and die. Sure we all live a different life, but when you look at it as a whole we are basically all the same. I am not any more special then anyone else.
