Some bosses are bossy, some bosses are kind. Some people are bossy even though they aren't your boss. It depends on the personality of the individual. There are bosses who are kind & still get the job done well. I have had many women bosses who did both very well.

Some are. My last one wasn't bossy he was more wussy. Poor guy we walked all over him. But his boss was BEYOND bossy and b-tchy.
