Ever since I was a kid, I have been scared to death to swallow pills. I've only swallowed 1/4 pieces of aspirin. I have tried many times but right when I start to swallow, I quickly push the pill to the front of my mouth. I feel like such an idiot. I think I'm afriad I'd choke or something. I can't imagine why. I've never choked or come anywhere close to it and neither have I seen or heard of someone who has done so.

I rarely take pills so this has never been a problem. Whenever I have taken pills in the past, I chew them. I just started a diet/exercise program that involves taking a multi-vitamin, B-Complex and E. B-Complex is the most terrible thing I have tasted in my life! I have to learn to swallow. Any tips?

I have had someone from my network to block me and it's really upsetting me. I do not know what I have done to deserve this. I have never or would ever even think of saying something that would offend anyone from my network or on this site. If I have, I'm sorry. Yeah, this really shouldn't go here but P/S is awesome and no one's really on the school answers anyway..

Okay, in the school I go to the dress code says that you can't have any hair color that is unnatural.

I personally think that rule is stupid... and my mom agrees with me. lol.
