What do you do with them besides throw throw them out ?

yes...tonite I made turkey chili.....it is almost gone thank goodness...(the turkey that is)

I had two turkeys for christmas and my momgave one to my aunt after thanksgiving. So then Like when I went to her house she had already chopped down all the meat from the bones and throw the bones away. So all there was was meat. She put it in a dish. And cooked it.She then rapped it in a tortilla and put some salsa on it and ate it!! Smart huh! She made her own take/burrito! She is smart. I dont think turkey is annoying to eat. Because it is food!

i'm a lil sick of the leftovers. made a yummy ham omelette yesterday morning though! i went out for hot wings last night...

I hate leftovers, the turkey's already dry enough now i have to microwave it and dry it out even more.
Making sandwiches gross out of turkey grosser.

Yeah I just looked at the turkey legs and stuff sitting in the fridge, meant for curry pumpkin soup, that is going in the trash tomorrow.

I made smaller portions so they'd only last a while and not take over the whole week and fridge space.

we went out tonight because we were sick of them.
if you go to foodnetwork.com they have some recipes you could make using leftover ingredients.
