I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I'm not getting put to sleep...so does it hurt?????

I pierced my own ear (the second ear hole).

This is what I did when piercing it. I -
washed my hands
sterilised the pin I used, approx. 20 times
washed my hands again after sliding it through my ear
then sterilised the earring several times before putting it in my second ear hole. During the day, my ear was really red so I took the earring out and the ear hole looked like a black dot and clear liquid was coming out. At the moment, my ear is only a bit red and a bit harder than the other ear which is very soft. Will the redness and swell go down? Anybody else been in this situation? Any tips ? Thanks.

ok i want to aske some Q's i will know from the answers what kind person you really are the one who is most interasting will get 10pts so here we go:

but EVERYBODY calls me vicky.
i dont spell it any other way.

but not a nickname, so much, because vicky is already a nickname
but i mean like
for EXAMPLES: my friend's name is julia, and as her screename and name on myspace is "juliamazing"
OR kim, who is "kimperfect"
there's also names and words that sound good together, like "miss -whatever their name is-" and "pattylicious", or "lunaboo" or "raffi taffy"

please help me think of one?
and don't make it something like ickyvicky, cause honestly i hate that..

Optimistic or pessimistic?

Personally speaking...
For friends I try to be optimistic...but inside I like to think pessimistically, so that negative things come I won't be as hurt as much as I would if I always thought this would turn out for the good.

Doesn't it bother you when co-workers mooch or beg for food?
I hate that!!!

I work at a hospital and sometimes a few of us cook. We all kick in a 5 or 6 bucks and I cook. I know how to cook things like tequila lime chicken with rice or lemon peppered shrimp with pasta in a white sauce. We make it known to everyone, 4 or 5 days ahead, that we plan to cook and say "whomever wants to eat, kick in your money now." Many times it is just a few of us and the others refuse to pay and say they will eat on their own. Then the day comes and they show up with a plate and get all mad and feelings hurt. They now see what was made and have a few bucks out "just for some / just a little."
If I am cook for 5, I make enough for maybe 6 not 11 or 13.
Then for days people are snotty with us and feelings are hurt.

Does this happen at you job?
Doesn't it tick you off???

Why do people mooch or beg food ???
