their teeth are half rotten and half missing and that hole looks gross.........what do you do?

Try not to cop a waft of the rot. My ex had a rotten tooth and it smelt like duck ****.

continue talking to them trying not to notice the badly damaged teeth. after the conversation ends, ill just walk away hoping i won't ever see teeth like that again
