What started as a no swearing club at a junior high has picked up steam nationwide. Is this where we're going one day or will freedom of speech & choice somehow prevail? Does everyone think that their opinions & preferences should be made into laws these days? Am I the only one who watched the futuristic setting of Demolition Man and thought it would be a bad idea to live like that??

Here is one part, taken from the state website:

66260.7. "Gender" means sex, and includes a person's gender
identity and gender related appearance and behavior whether or not
stereotypically associated with the person's assigned sex at birth.

If I read that right, a 15 year old boy could decide he is a 15 year old girl and not be discriminated against just because of his plumbing. So what's to stop him from demanding to go to girl's gym, shower with the girls, hang out in the stalls of the girls' bathroom?

Wake up America, what happens in California soon spreads East! I'm asking this in a few different areas just to get a balanced response. Thank you.

Older people...well not old but about 35+ ....
Look at you funny if your wearing a Black Sabbath or a Nirvana tshirt! Sorry but just because teenagers (myself) werent born or only really when the band were at their best doesnt mean that we cant like the band!!

Its like teenagers saying to any adults who like bands around today "Oi you have to like the bands that were around when you were young, not like th ebands I like"

So yeah rant over! I'll wear and like whatever bands I like thanks!
