After washing my face or a quick shower, I do a nightly routine of facial toner and moisturizer while watching late night news, then turn off the TV, turn on the mini-light, pray and close my eyes. That is whenever the hubby's away at work (he's a Civil engineer assigned anywhere in the world). It's a total different story when he is home.

Take off my glasses, or when I wake up I need to get someone else to find out where it went. That, or drink water. I can't go to sleep without drinking water.
