Off for T.V. ,its much more ambient and good for cuddling with someone, I would not have lights on if SHE was with me watching TV unless she wants them on ... for "something "that is all she has to do is ask for.. because I am "HER's"...

usually a light on, unless it's a movie. Now lights are a must for making a movie.

For watching TV...I like them off! For other "things" sometimes on...so I can see and enjoy everything that is going on and other times off so I can feel my way and use all of my other senses!!! =D
