Whose career will last longer : Vanessa Hudgens or Ashley Tisdale?

In my opinion,I think Ashley. Because people will always remember Vanessa as "the girl from high school musical" or "the girl whos dating zac efron" or "the girl with the nude pic scandal" and she has no work on her hand except for HSM 3,whereas Ashley has new music videos coming out and she will be starring in a new movie in 2008 as the female lead.

What do you guys think? I think Vanessa can sing better but Ashley's the better actress.

Do u believe it's best to talk to an inconsiderate neighbour?

Like, when the problems obvious, ie; noise late at night during week-days, if they were reasonable they wouldn't be doing it in the 1st place. And if they're unreasonable doesn't that mean that the chances of an understanding discussion turning sour are high?
